+What is a licensed user?
Anyone on your team who signs in to MeasureIQ. Licensed users are pooled across every workspace on your account, so you can move people between businesses without buying seats twice.
+Do Trusted Partners count against my licensed users?
Never. Advisors, CPAs, bookkeepers and agencies you grant access to are relationships, not licensed users. Trusted Partner access is always free and never affects your price.
+What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial includes the complete platform with no feature restrictions. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Choosing a subscription instantly restores full access to all of your data.
+What is Founding Beta pricing?
Founding Beta participants keep their pricing for life while their subscription stays active, including when they upgrade to a larger subscription. Cancelling for more than 60 days forfeits it.
+What if I outgrow my subscription?
