Data Deletion Request

When we complete a deletion request for an account, we permanently remove or irreversibly anonymize:

• Your MeasureIQ profile, credentials, and login sessions;
• Customer, property, estimate, invoice, work order, photo, measurement, communication, and marketing records that your organization owns, unless they must be retained for a legal or financial obligation (see below);
• Connected integration tokens (for example, Stripe, Meta / Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Google, Twilio, and other social or communication providers);
• Uploaded files stored in MeasureIQ object storage, including PDFs, drone imagery, LiDAR scans, and aerial captures;
• AI Business Assistant conversation history and long-term memory for your organization.

Certain records must be retained after deletion to comply with law (for example, tax and financial records, or logs required for fraud prevention and security). Where this applies, we retain only the minimum information required and only for the period required by law, and then delete it.

After we verify your request, deletion is normally completed within 30 days. Backups and disaster-recovery snapshots are rotated on a rolling schedule; any data that persists briefly in a backup remains encrypted, is not used for any purpose, and is overwritten within our standard backup retention window.

• MeasureIQ account holders. You may request deletion of your own user account. If you are the owner of a MeasureIQ organization, you may also request deletion of the entire organization and its data.
• Contractor Customers. If you are an end customer of a business that uses MeasureIQ, that business is the controller of your information. Please contact them directly first. If they do not respond, you may still submit a request here and MeasureIQ will forward it to them and assist with fulfillment.
• Meta / Facebook and other social platforms. If you connected your Facebook Page, Instagram Business, or another social account to MeasureIQ and would like MeasureIQ to remove all data associated with that connection, submit the form below and select the corresponding integration.
